Description

The Bakers Pride® 353 is the triple-deck model in the Superdeck Series, engineered for kitchens that require maximum production capacity with reliable performance. Each chamber has an 8″ (203 mm) deck height and a 45″ × 34.5″ Cordierite deck, providing excellent heat retention and consistent results for pizza, bread, and other baked products.

With a total of 210,000 BTUH output across three decks, the 353 is built for high-volume pizzerias, bakeries, and foodservice operations. Independent top and bottom dampers in each chamber allow for precise heat control, while fully insulated construction ensures consistent baking and cooler exterior surfaces.

The oven is constructed with a .25″ fully welded angle-iron frame, stainless-steel exterior, and aluminized steel interior for long-term durability. Designed to stack up to three units high, the 353 is the largest-capacity oven in the 351353 Superdeck series.
