Designed for durability, it features a stainless steel front, sides, exterior bottom, and 6″ adjustable legs, allowing for easy installation on uneven floors.
The hot top and griddle each have their own set of burners with thermostatic controls for precise temperature management. The unit includes a cabinet base for storage and a battery spark ignition for easy startup. The range’s fully insulated lining and burner box enhance operational efficiency, while the 5″ stainless steel flue riser directs heat and smoke away from the user for a more comfortable working environment.
