Description
The Hatco CSUR Series Cold Shelves Undermount units are engineered to maintain pre-chilled food and beverage products at proper serving temperatures while allowing seamless integration beneath customer-selected countertop materials. Designed for buffet lines, cafeterias, restaurants, and commercial serving applications, these undermount refrigerated shelves provide dependable cold holding performance with a clean, concealed installation appearance.
The CSUR series offers enhanced flexibility for fabricators and custom countertop installations by mounting directly to the underside of approved countertop materials including granite, quartz, Swanstone®, and selected stainless steel or aluminum surfaces approved by Hatco. Each unit features an anodized aluminum surface and utilizes R-513A refrigerant for reliable refrigeration performance.
Designed for serviceability and installation convenience, CSUR models include an unattached condensing unit, unattached electronic temperature control box, thermal mastic caulk with applicator, and refrigeration components such as sight glass, service valves, dryer/filter, and receiver. The undermount configuration provides operators with increased countertop design flexibility while maintaining efficient refrigerated holding performance in demanding foodservice environments.
