This versatile piece of equipment combines the functions of a blender and cutter to be used in any commercial food establishment to speed up and simplify the kitchen work. It comes with a 3-1/2 qt bowl with a serrated blade to blend, cut, emulsify, or chop ingredients in large volume and a handle for easy operation. This bowl comes with a leak-proof polycarbonate lid that is designed to keep a check on food and add ingredients in the middle of the process through its center opening. There is a food wiper for wiping the bowl at the time of processing for effective mixing. All the parts of Blixer®3 are removable and dishwasher safe for quick cleaning.
Robot Coupe Blixer®3 comes with on and off buttons for user-friendly operation. It also has a pulse function that assures precise cutting of food items. The food processor has a belt-driven 1.5 HP motor that is designed for intensive use and runs at single-speed 3450 rpm for speedy operations. The motor is built with ball bearings to carry out the mixing process without any sound or vibration. The magnetic safety switch protects the motor from thermal failure. The food processor requires 120V, 60 Hz, single-phase electrical connection.
