Pitco’s Crisp ‘N’ Hold Crispy Food Stations hold your french fries, chicken tenders, or any other offering in a delicious state until your customers are ready chow down! Gentle hot air circulation over and through the product maintains crispness while keeping food hot and ready to serve. These units also reduce food waste by extending the hold time up to four times longer than traditional methods, such as heat lamps and enclosed holding cabinets.
After coming out of the fryer at over 200F, the Crisp ‘N’ Hold Station uses active air circulation to cool the product to your preferred holding temperature quickly, which reduces the moisture loss and stop the cooking process. Excess moisture and oils are wicked away from your products, helping them remain crispy for an extended period of time.
But it’s not just your customers that will benefit from your new Crispy Food Station. Your staff will also appreciate the stainless steel construction with removable product tray and grease filters which makes cleaning the unit much easier.
