The True STR2H-4HG Spec Series® full-height heated cabinet is designed to maintain a consistent temperature range between 140 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit, keeping baked food warm and ready for service. Operators can easily set and monitor temperatures using the electronic control and external display. To ensure uniform heat distribution, low-velocity fans are employed, ensuring that all stored items are evenly heated. Additionally, the cabinet features a top vent, allowing users to adjust steam release for optimal humidity control.
Constructed with stainless steel both inside and outside, the True STR2H-4HG insulated mobile heated cabinet offers strength, corrosion resistance, and ease of cleaning. Chrome shelves inside are adjustable, accommodating various products, while double-pane glass doors provide visibility into the cabinet. These doors are half-sized, minimizing heat loss during openings. They self-close to retain heat and can stay open at 120 degrees for convenient loading and cleaning.
