Description

The Cres Cor H135UA11 Insulated Mobile Heated Cabinet is fitted with a powerful 1500 watt heating system and can hold foods at up to 200°F until they are ready to be served. It is suitable to be used at a busy restaurant, bakery, or a banquet facility. The fully insulated cabinet has self-closing solid half doors that prevent temperature loss by allowing users to open one section at a time. For maintaining temperatures and improving efficiency, the unit has a fully insulated body cavity. The doors have recessed push/pull handles on both sides to prevent damage to walls.

Cres Cor H135UA11 has a slanted control panel with an easy-to-read thermometer. For thorough cleaning and maintenance, the entire assembly is removable for cleaning and maintenance. It features 11 sets of universal style pan slides. The pan slides can easily hold a variety of pan types, including sheet pans, full-size steam table pans, roast pans, and 14″x18″ service trays. Each slide is spaced at an interval of 4-1/2″ and can be adjusted in 1-1/2″ increments. To maintain structural integrity, the internal frame is made using durable, non-corrosive, hi-tensile aluminum. For easy maneuverability, the unit is fitted with 5″ swivel casters, 2 of which have brakes on them. It has safety-conscious anti-microbial latches that prevent contamination from germs while the door gaskets ensure a proper seal and can be field reversed for flexible operation.
