The Manitowoc D570 Ice Bin is designed for bulk ice storage, making it ideal for any commercial foodservice setting. Thanks to its Duratek metal finish, the ice bin is easy to clean and maintain; it’s also resistant to corrosion and smudges. Its polyurethane Artic Blue bin liner highlights the look of the ice inside the bin for an appealing appearance. The Manitowoc D570 Ice Bin features an ergonomic door that remains at an angle of 53 degrees when opened, allowing easy access to the ice inside. Its stay-open functionality is possible thanks to a cammed bin door self-latch, which prevents slamming to maintain employee safety while stocking or scooping ice. Plus, the door is foam insulated to prevent condensation from building up on the exterior, and it features integrated side grips for ease of use (even if only one hand is free!).
The Manitowoc D570 Ice Bin includes an ergonomic ice scoop that is NSF approved for sanitary concerns, and it comes with a built-in knuckle and thumb guard. Each scoop holds about 5.3 lbs. of ice, and the scoop can be stored in the bin’s built-in scoop holder when not in use.
