The 36″ commercial range has 6 heavy duty cast grate burners and 1 baker’s oven that allows operators to prepare a wide variety of foods in a small space. The oven is constructed with a long-lasting fully welded frame and stainless steel front and sides. It also features a 23″H backsplash and plate shelf. The (6) heavy duty cast iron grates measure 12″x12-1/2″ in front and 12″x14-1/2″ in the rear to accommodate larger pots/pans and give operators more space to work. The 215,000 BTU heavy duty cast iron burners have lift-off heads for easy cleaning. The 26-1/2″Dx14″H baker’s oven base interior includes two racks and can fit full-size sheet pans side-to-side or front-to-back. The oven also features 35,000 BTU with a +200°F to +500°F thermostat.
