The True GDM-07F-HC~TSL01 one-section display freezer is an ideal solution for countertop display of frozen treats. The triple-pane, thermal-insulated glass door ensures the retention of cold air within the cabinet. Facilitating easy maintenance, the magnetic door gasket is removable without the need for tools, simplifying the cleaning process.
Inside the cabinet, three PVC-coated wire shelves provide versatility and can be adjusted in 12-inch increments to accommodate various product types. The entire cabinet is insulated with high-density polyurethane foamed in place, effectively preserving cold air and enhancing structural strength.
The display freezer employs a low-velocity, high-volume airflow system created by the evaporator fan motor and large fan blades. This design promotes fast temperature recovery and pull-down times, maintaining consistent and cold temperatures. To eliminate the need for manual defrosting, the unit features an automatic defrost system that is time-initiated and time-terminated.
Ensuring system reliability and efficiency, the condenser fan motor reverses for the first 20 seconds upon startup, effectively clearing dust, dirt, and debris from the coil. This self-cleaning feature not only reduces energy consumption but also prolongs the refrigeration system’s lifespan. However, it’s important to note that this automatic cleaning mechanism doesn’t replace the necessity of regular preventative maintenance for the system’s overall health and longevity.
