This low profile griddle has an embedded snap-action thermostat for easy control on each of the unit’s five “U-shaped” burners. Pilot safety valve for every two and burners and will shut off gas to pilot and burners of pilot extinguishes. This unit has a 1″ thick polished steel griddle plate to retain heat. Stainless steel exterior, six quart grease drawer, splashguard and 4″ top front ledge. +200° to +550°F temperature range. This snap action Vulcan MSA60 has 135,000 BTU.
