Description
This Signature Server Classic is a 27″ ADA Combination Hot/Cold Food Station. It features three12″ x 20″ x 6-3/8″ Dhot well openings and one 24-3/4″ x 19-3/8″ non-refrigerated cold well opening. There’s also a touch tempcontrol panel and manifold drains for the hot wells. The manifold drains allow for closing one drain at a time, which means if only one well or drain needs to be serviced, the other two are still operable. The heating elements are 625W, and they make this an energy efficient product. The cold well has a 1.5″ drain as well, and is surrounded by polyurethane foam insulation. It uses R134A refrigerant, so it’s also an eco-friendly addition. There are separate drain hoses and valves on the operator’s side of the base. Storage is not available on this unit.
