Operates at higher peak efficiencies and moves a more consistent volume of air, producing less heat and reducing energy consumption. Exterior digital thermometer can be changed to read either °F or °C. Deep 33-3/4″ depth holds full-size sheet pans. Self-closing door stays open at 120° for easy product loading. Door locks. Automatic defrost on freezers is time-initiated and temperature-terminated, which saves energy and provides the shortest possible defrost cycle. Electronic controls. Note: The Deluxe Group does not feature an interior light.
