The unit is durable and easy to clean with a stainless-steel exterior, stainless-steel liner and stainless-steel floor in the interior, and provides consistent temperatures with a forced air refrigeration system.
The unit uses eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and comes with 10 1/6 size food pans for easy ingredient organization.
Additional features include a full-length cutting board made from NSF approved white polyethylene providing a tough preparation surface, an insulated hood to keep food fresher for longer, four adjustable PVC-coated wire shelves, and a self-contained refrigeration system that is easy to maintain and repair.
Spec Series features include door locks, exterior digital control and heavy-duty stainless steel drawer slides and rollers.
