The Kratos 29R-057-LP 36″ Gas Range with 24″ Charbroiler and One Standard Oven is a versatile addition to any restaurant kitchen, allowing you to roast, bake, sear, and charbroil all in one unit. The gas range features a full-size standard oven with a temperature range of 250- 550°F, as well as an integrated 24″ charbroiler with two heavy-duty removable cast iron grates. The commercial range features removable grease trays and a stainless steel construction for easier cleaning and maintenance. Plus, this range with charboiler comes with a stainless steel back shelf that’s perfect for storing plates and other supplies. This Kratos range is powered by liquid propane and has a 3/4″ gas connection.
