Maintain the high quality of your food with the Vulcan VHFA18 Full-Height Non-Insulated Holding Cabinet. The holding cabinet is constructed of stainless steel for long-lasting durability. The holding cabinet has field reversible heavy-duty hinges, a sturdy door latch mechanism, and gaskets to easily fit any space. The thermostat is adjustable up to 190°F, which gives operators full freedom to control the temperature of the product and ensure that food stays safe. The interior features fixed pan supports and can accommodate (18) 18″x26″ pans or (36) 12″Wx20″D pans. The non-insulated Vulcan VHFA18 is a mobile unit with a full-size glass door for easy view of product without releasing heat from the cabinet. A top-mounted, recessed control panel includes power “on” and heater “on” indicator lights to see that the unit is in action from across the kitchen.
