The Traulsen CLPT-3615-SD-LR features high quality stainless steel construction on the exterior, along with corrosion-resistant anodized aluminum on the interior. The mega-top pan capacity allows for extra food storage. It includes a 8″D x 3/4″ thick full length NSF approved cutting board, which is removable for easy cleaning. Doors are self-closing with a stay open feature for ease of loading and unloading product.
