Description
The Hatco FTBP Series R-290 Drop-In Frost Tops are designed to keep pre-chilled beverages, snacks, hors doeuvres, side dishes, and other cold food products properly chilled and ready for service in commercial foodservice environments. Built for buffet lines, cafeterias, restaurants, and serving counters, these refrigerated frost tops utilize environmentally friendly R-290 refrigerant and NSF 7 component approved cold wall construction to maintain product temperatures without drying out food items.
Available in standard 1-, 2-, and 3-pan models as well as slim 2- and 3-pan configurations, the FTBP series provides flexibility for various serving line layouts and space requirements. The drop-in design allows the units to be installed lengthwise for easier customer access and improved product visibility. The frost tops accommodate both full-size and half-size sheet pans, making them suitable for a wide range of chilled food applications.
Each unit features an electronic adjustable temperature control with flexible mounting options, including remote mounting up to 4′ (1219 mm) from the condensing unit. Auto-defrost functionality is managed through an advanced electronic controller programmed at the customer location, while the integrated condensing system includes a compressor and filter-drier for dependable refrigeration performance.
