This compact countertop griddle has a durable stainless steel exterior and interior, and a heavy-duty 3/4″ thick polished steel griddle plate gives you cooking power and strength. The gas griddle features one 30,000 BTU burner every 12″ section, as well as independent manual controls every 12″ section. The commercial griddle also comes with a stainless steel grease drawer to prevent mess and make cleanup a breeze.
