The True STA2HPT-2S-2S pass-thru heated holding cabinet is designed for efficient front-to-back access while safely maintaining cooked and baked foods at serving temperatures. The cabinet provides holding temperatures from 140°F to 180°F and is not intended to heat ambient or cold products. Solid stainless steel swing doors on both the front and rear help retain heat while supporting high-volume kitchen workflows. Built with a stainless steel exterior and aluminum interior side walls and back with stainless steel floor and ceiling, this unit delivers durability, sanitation, and consistent heat distribution for demanding commercial foodservice environments.
