When you cook large quantities of rolls or baked potatoes for your bustling restaurant, you need a way to keep them warm until they’re served. A 2 drawer Halo Heat Warming Drawer is a smart way to do it. They’re made of 20 gauge stainless steel, and have no exposed heating elements, so cleaning them is safe and easy. While they’re built to be stackable, and have projections on top of their frames to facilitate this, they can be built into cabinets or counters as well, and a trim kit is available to create a smooth seam. Each drawer has a 36 lb capacity, or roughly 50 rolls or 34 baked potatoes. Halo Heat gently keeps your food warm and moist without your needing to add water. The drawer is operated by a power switch, and the temperature range of 60-200F is set by up-and-down arrow keys. There’s also a key which controls the digital temperature display, allowing you to keep track of the temperature inside the drawer. These warmer can sit on a countertop, or they can also be mounted on 3 inch casters or adjustable legs. Specifications
