The left side of the unit includes a large 48″ griddle, perfect for cooking large quantities of food at once. The range is equipped with (2) convection ovens, each with battery spark ignition and (3) racks per oven for versatility in cooking and baking. The range has a durable stainless steel front, sides, shelf, and 6″ adjustable legs for stability and easy cleaning. Additionally, it includes a 22-1/2″ flue riser with a shelf for added convenience.
