The unit includes (2) convection ovens with battery spark ignition, each equipped with (3) racks. Constructed with durable stainless steel for the front, sides, shelf, and 6″ adjustable legs, it delivers 291,000 BTUs of cooking power and is CSA, NSF, cCSAus, CSA Flame, and CSA Star certified.
