Southbend 4603AD-2TL Ultimate Restaurant Range

This 60″ gas range is equipped with (6) star/sauté burners and a 24″ griddle on the left side with thermostatic controls for precise temperature management. It includes a standing pilot, a standard oven with battery spark ignition, and a convection oven with battery spark ignition. The unit comes with (4) racks and a 22-1/2″ flue riser with a shelf. Constructed from durable stainless steel for the front, sides, and shelf, with 6″ adjustable legs. It delivers 323,000 BTU and is certified cCSAus, CSA Flame, CSA Star, and NSF.
