The San Jamar CBG182412GN is a Saf-T-Grip® restaurant-grade cutting board that makes a perfect addition to any busy commercial kitchen. This NSF-listed cutting board is made from a durable co-polymer that can withstand daily washing and will not warp. The board has anti-slip rubber corners to prevent slipping and minimize the risk of injuries. The food-safety, hanging hook makes it easy to carry the board around the kitchen without fear of contamination from hands or clothing. With molded-in ruler, chefs are able to measure food ingredient portions. This easy-to-clean cutting board is dishwasher safe. It is available in six (6) color options – white, red, yellow, blue, brown and green for color coding.
