Specifically designed for storing ice cream and frozen foods, this unit utilizes R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a meticulously balanced refrigeration system, aided by guided airflow to distribute temperatures evenly throughout.
Located conveniently at the rear, the condensing unit slides out effortlessly for swift cleaning, while the epoxy-coated evaporator resists corrosion, ensuring longevity. Temperature regulation is facilitated through either a digital display or the time-initiated, time-terminated automatic defrost system.
During each compressor cycle, the fan motor initiates a 20-second reverse airflow to eliminate any accumulated buildup, dust, or dirt on the coil, contributing to reduced energy consumption and optimized performance. While this feature complements routine preventive maintenance, it is not intended as a substitute.
Crafted from stainless steel, the unit features a seamlessly integrated backsplash with the top to prevent bacterial growth and food-trapping crevices. Insulated with polyurethane, the cabinet rests on 5-inch-diameter stem castors, with locking mechanisms on the front set, providing a stable 36-inch-high work surface.
