The Metro C539-HFS-4 C5 3 Series Full-Height Insulated Holding Cabinet comes with an adjustable digital thermostat that allows users to precisely choose temperatures from +80°F and +200°F. For further control, operators can utilize the control panel which is recessed for their protection. The insulated cabinet features fixed wire slides spaced 3″ apart to accommodate both 12″x20″ steam table pans and 18″x26″ sheet pans.
