This double pass Acme MRS20 is a dough roller. This model has a front feed infeed and front discharge. This Acme MRS20, known as a dough sheeter, has easily adjustable handles. This feature assists with thickness control. This Acme MRS20 is perfect for pizza, pie crust, flour tortillas and other doughs. This unit has a double pass operation. This pizza dough roller, Acme MRS20 has 3-1/2″Diam. rollers with 20″ width. This model produces 400 to 500 pieces of dough per hour, up to up to 18″ Diam. dough. This stainless steel Acme MRS20 has chrome rollers. This feature makes them more scratch and nick resistant over synthetic rollers.
