Intended for cooking mouth-watering delicious meats which fall off the bone, the electric Halo Heat Slo Cook and Smoker Oven uses its low temperatures to save energy and reduce labor while it cooks your feast! It’s constructed of stainless steel, and holds 3 full size pans or 7 sheet pans on 2 side racks, with 2 shelves. There are 11 possible pan positions. A magnetic door latch is added to keep your oven tightly closed while cooking. The 120 lb. capacity will hold even the largest rack of ribs on the rib (cooking) rack provided with this oven. A wood chip container for smoking with real wood chips is included as well, and comes with 1 sample bag each of Cherry, Maple, Hickory and Apple wood chips. There’s also a drip-pan with a drain. You can cook, smoke or hold meats poultry and fish, or cold smoke fish and cheese. Four simple dial controls manage cooking temperature, cooking time, holding temperature and smoking time. The temperature range for cooking is 200-325F, and the range for holding is 60-205F. A smoking timer has a 60 minute range, and permits mild, medium or heavy smoke. Halo Heat is motionless, so it doesn’t mix the flavors of your foods. The oven sits on 5 inch casters, two of them rigid and two with swivel brakes.
