All that’s need to add this 4 inch deep electric stainless steel drop-in Halo Heat Hot Food Well Unit is either a counter-top self-serve area with a sneeze guard and an overhead light or a prep table for plating hot foods. It’s designed to accommodate four 12 inch x 20 inch full size pans, which aren’t included. It’s also thermostatically controlled, with a setting range from 1 to 10 and a heat indicator light.
