Description
Warming Drawers are used to keep soft foods, like rolls or baked potatoes, warm and moist while you’re waiting to serve them. This Narrow Warming Drawer, made of 20 gauge stainless steel, saves space by being about 8 inch narrower than the traditional model. It’s a free-standing model, but has projections on the top of its frame to make it easily stackable. If you’d prefer, they can even be built into cabinets and counters, and trim kits are available should you choose that option. It has a 20 lb capacity, or approximately 50 rolls or 34 baked potatoes, and keeps its fares warm with gentle heat. No adding of water is required. The warming drawer is operated by a power switch. It has a temperature range of 60-200F, which is set by up-and-down arrow keys. Another key operates a digital temperature display to advise you of the internal temperature of the drawer. There are no exposed heating elements, so cleaning is safe and easy. The drawer can sit on a countertop, or be mounted on either 3 inch casters or adjustable legs. Specifications
