It’s capacity is five 12 inch x 20 inch full size pans. The pans aren’t included. It’s thermostatically controlled, with a setting range of 1 to 10, and a heat indicator light. The thermostat is bound to the well by a flexible water-tight tether that’s 36 inch long. You may flush-mount the the control to the counter-top. Because water isn’t added to the unit, no drain is required. Lime and scale deposits don’t build up. Steam burns are prevented.
