Description
This Slo Cook & Hold Oven is an electric model with one compartment. It’s fabricated of 20 gauge stainless steel, with two stainless wire shelves and a stainless drip pan with a drain. It accommodates up to 40 lbs and 4 full size pans. There’s an ON/OFF switch to operate the entire oven. The range of the cooking temperature control knob is 200-325 F and the range of the holding control knob is 60 to 205 F. There are also indicator lights to specify the function in use at the time. Halo Heat® is a stationary means of enveloping your foods with warmth which doesn’t spread flavors from one food to the next. Oven hoods, outside ventilation and fire extinguishers aren’t required with this unit in most areas because the emission of grease laden air is less than UL established standards. EcoSmart technology makes this an energy efficient appliance which uses electricity sparingly. A voltage conversion switch is on the back of the unit, for switching between 208 and 240v, or other voltage options are available but must be specified upon ordering. These ovens are stackable for space savings, but also do come with 3-1/2 inch casters. two of them swivel with brakes, and two of them rigid.
