This full-service 8 foot long Halo Heat Display Case brings space enough for 7 full size pans, or 7 one-third size sheet pans and comes standard with a pan insert with grids. Its interior is stainless steel, which is tough and easily cleaned, and its exterior is painted black to add an air of sophistication to your dining room. The front is made of curved glass, and opens vertically to a right angle for simple cleaning. The perimeter of the glass is edged by a rubber gasket which acts as a shock absorber. The temperature of the case doesn’t affect your diners as they stand near it because there’s a front-mounted heat guard between them. visibility in the case is provided by three overhead lighting zones with a total of fourteen coated shatter proof bulbs. Each lighting zone has a power switch. Since you don’t add water to this case, you aren’t promoting the formation of steam and its condensation. Your delicate foods are kept in their ideal states by Halo Heat which emanates easily from three heating zones in the bottom of the case to wrap them in stationary warmth. All of these heating zones are thermostatically with setting ranges of 1 to 10 and individual heat indicator lights. Sliding glass doors on the operator’s side of the case are provided to permit stocking and cleaning. The interior of these doors is mirrored, so that customers admiring your hard work can see it from both sides. Four inch legs are provided with the case.
