The combi oven features a 10″ smart-touch flat screen with an intuitive interface for controlling cooking functions, accessing programmable menu options, and managing multi-stage recipes with ease. Combi smart cooking technology automatically monitors cooking conditions, while humidity control optimizes steam saturation to improve food texture. Eight adjustable fan speeds promote even airflow for uniform cooking, and smart-touch rack timing allows operators to manage batch cooking by tracking multiple items at once. The combi oven includes USB storage for saving and sharing recipes, as well.
Atosa simplifies the cleaning process with a six-mode automated combi wash system supported by twin chemical fill tanks. The oven also comes with a high-pressure coil wash hose for manual rinsing when needed.
