Description

The Bakers Pride® 452 is a double-deck Superdeck oven designed for high-volume pizza, bakery, and foodservice operations that require expanded production capacity. Each chamber offers an 8″ (203 mm) deck height and a 54″ × 34.5″ Cordierite deck, providing a large baking surface with excellent durability and heat retention.

With a total of 160,000 BTUH output (80,000 per deck), the 452 provides powerful, consistent performance for busy commercial kitchens. Independent top and bottom dampers in each chamber allow precise temperature control, while fully insulated construction ensures efficiency and cooler exterior surfaces.

Constructed with a .25″ fully welded angle-iron frame, stainless-steel exterior, aluminized steel interior, and spring-balanced, insulated doors, this oven is built to withstand continuous use. Its stackable design allows operators to expand capacity further by stacking up to three ovens high.
