The Bakers Pride® EP-1-8-5736 is a single-deck electric oven from the EP Superdeck Series, designed for high-volume pizza restaurants, bakeries, and foodservice kitchens. This model delivers the same rugged durability and performance as Bakers Prides gas deck ovens, but with the low-maintenance convenience of electric operation.

The oven features a 7″ (178 mm) deck height and a 57″ × 36″ Cordierite deck, which provides excellent heat retention and balanced baking results. Independent, U-shaped heating elements on the top and bottom allow for precise control, ensuring consistent results even under heavy production. Powered by 12,000 watts, available in multiple voltages and phases, it offers versatility to suit various kitchen electrical setups.

Built with a fully welded angle-iron frame, stainless-steel exterior, aluminized steel interior, and full insulation, the EP-1-8-5736 is engineered for durability and energy efficiency. Its stackable design allows up to three ovens to be stacked, maximizing throughput without increasing floor space.
