At its core, the BLSP1-L is equipped with a heavy-duty cast iron 3-ring burner, producing an impressive 80,000 BTU/H of cooking power. Each burner operates with two continuous pilots for reliable ignition, while independent manual controls allow chefs to operate the inner and outer rings separately for precision heat management.
The stock pot range is built with stainless steel pilots, tubing, and legs, ensuring durability and stability under rigorous use. Cast iron top grates provide exceptional support for large, heavy stock pots, while a full-length seamless drip pan simplifies cleaning and maintenance.
Factory set for Natural Gas (NG), the BLSP1-L comes standard with an LP conversion kit, offering flexibility for different installations.
