The Value Series DPS-20 Digital Portion Control Scale is designed to weigh different ingredients within the same batch. The scale includes a 1″ LCD display and touchpad control for user’s convenience. It has tare, auto zero, and piece count function for smooth operation. With a 20 lbs x 0.01 lbs capacity, it can be used to measure items in either grams or ounces for accurate readings. The durable stainless steel platform can be removed for cleaning. It operates on AC adapter or two (2) “AA” batteries.
