This compact, stainless steel convection oven combines a rear fan and heating assembly for true convection cooking with a Turboquartz mode that uses overhead infrared elements for efficient browning and melting. It features a unique airflow design for fast, even baking, a thermostatic control up to 570 °F, a cool-to-the-touch double glass door, and an interior light for added safety and convenience. The oven can hold up to four half-size sheet pans (not included) on four wire shelves and operates on 120V power.
