This spacious Sandwich Prep Table is 6 feet wide and provides 15 cubic feet of capacity. It’s entirely made of stainless steel and has 2.5 inch of polyurethane insulation. The self-contained refrigeration is back-mounted, and the condenser slides out easily for cleaning. This is a front-breathing product, which means vents in the front allow for air circulation, so it requires zero clearance and can be built in to a counter top. R-134A refrigerant is used. There’s an electrically timed air defrost feature, so you decide when the unit defrosts. The recessed handles and rounded corners of the drawers are stylish and modern. Perimeter heaters prevent the formation of condensation. The magnetic gasket snaps in. Low friction bearing slides make opening and closing the drawer easier. Drawer pans aren’t included. The work surface also has 1/2 inch of insulation. A 12″Wide sanitary cutting board that’s 1/4″Deep is provided with the table. It’s removable and adjustable. Sixteen 1/6 size pans can be kept in the work surface, under the hinged lid. The temperature range of the table is 33 to 41F, and it’s set by an analog thermostat. Four casters support the table.
