Description
The Mega-Top Sandwich Prep Table has an impressively sturdy prep area and lid, made of heavy duty 16 gauge stainless steel. The interior and exterior are also made of stainless steel, and the bottom and back wall are made of galvanized steel. Two and a half inches of polyurethane foam insulation protect the temperature of the unit. The refrigeration is back-mounted, with a slide-out condenser which can be easily cleaned and maintained. It’s a front-breathing product, so it’s well-suited to built-in applications. Care for the environment is shown with the use of R-134A refrigerant. An air defrost function is operated by an electrical timer. The doors have rounded corners and recessed handles. A snap-in magnetic gasket can be cleaned or replaced effortlessly. A door frame heater thwarts the build-up of condensation. One epoxy coated wire shelf comes standard with this unit. The prep area has 1/2 inch insulation. An 8-1/2 inch sanitary cutting board is both removable and adjustable. Twelve 1/6 size sanitary PVC pans are provided, and they’re placed on top of the prep area in rows three deep. A temperature range of 33 to 41F is controlled by an analog thermostat.
