Capacity
This fryer has a large 60-pound frypot with an 18″ x 14″ x 4-1/4″ cooking area, allowing use of three twin fry baskets. These larger pots allow each pot to do the work of roughly 1-1/2 standard 50-pound fryers while, on average, resulting in reductions of 20% less oil, 33% less energy and 10-15% less space.
Power
This electric fryer runs on a 240V, 3-phase electrical connection to deliver 17 kw of power to the frypot for fast recovery and high-production output.
Construction
This model features a durable stainless steel front, sides, and frypot for long life and ease of cleaning.

This fryer measures 45-3/8″H x 20″W x 30-7/8″D.
Controls
This configuration uses the Frymaster CM3.5 controller with smooth, touchpad surface. Its multi-product programmable controller automatically stretches cook time to provide consistent food quality regardless of the product load. LEDs display cooking time countdown (with audible alarm) and provide precise frypot temperature checks. The unit also features controlled boil-out at a steady 195°F (80°C), recovery “test time”, programmable “shake” and “hold” times and more.
