Description
The Frymaster FPRE317 is a triple high-efficiency electric fryer battery designed for commercial kitchens that need increased frying capacity, precise temperature control, and efficient built-in oil management. Each full frypot provides 50 lbs. of oil capacity with 17 kW input, using Frymasters proprietary self-standing, swing-up, low-watt density heating elements to deliver efficient heat transfer, dependable recovery, and easier frypot cleaning. The RTD 1° compensating temperature probe helps control temperature response during changing cooking loads, supporting consistent food quality while reducing temperature overshoot that can shorten oil life.
The built-in filtration system is integrated into the fryer battery to save floor space and simplify daily oil maintenance. A large-capacity removable filter pan, sloped drain pan, large 3″ round drain, 4 GPM pump, 1/3 H.P. filter motor, stainless crumb catcher, rear oil flush, and deep cold zone work together to remove sediment efficiently and extend oil usability. Stainless steel frypots, doors, and cabinet construction, along with CM3.5 controls, melt cycle, boil-out mode, casters, and optional basket lifts or external oil discharge, make the FPRE317 suitable for quick-service restaurants, institutional kitchens, cafeterias, and high-volume commercial frying operations.
