Description
The Frymaster FPRE380 21KW is a triple high-production electric fryer battery designed for foodservice operations that require large-volume frying capacity, effective sediment control, and efficient built-in oil filtration. Each frypot provides an 80 lb. oil capacity with a spacious 18″ × 18″ frying area, making the system well suited for high-demand products such as bone-in chicken, fresh-breaded foods, large-batch French fries, and other high-sediment menu applications. The 21 KW electric heating system, proprietary self-standing swing-up elements, and digital controller support responsive heat recovery, accurate temperature management, and consistent cooking quality during continuous production.
The FPRE380 comes standard with built-in filtration and casters, helping operators maintain oil quality while reducing manual oil handling and downtime. Its deep cold zone, forward-sloping frypot bottom, rear flush feature, and 1-1/2″ full-port drain valve on fryer batteries support faster sediment removal and more thorough cleaning. Stainless steel frypots, doors, and cabinet sides provide durability for demanding commercial kitchens, while optional CM3.5 or SMART4U® 3000 controllers, basket lifts, spreader cabinets, external oil discharge, frypot covers, and full or triplet baskets allow the fryer battery to be configured around specific production workflows.
