Keep frying oil clean and fresh for long periods using the Frymaster PF80LP Fryer Filter Machine. Filter up to 80 lbs oil per hour. This unit removes carbon deposits, sediment, fatty acids, and other elements from the oil that contribute to reducing the quality. The oil filter has a low profile design that fits under most fryers, allowing operators to drain the fryer oil directly into the filter machine. The unit is lightweight and portable, which makes it ideal for catering events.

This oil filter unit operates on a 1/3 HP motor and features the gravity drain mechanism that makes it easy to take out oil from a fryer. A high power 4 GPM pump automatically cycles the oil through filter paper and filter powder which helps trap the debris. A 5 ft return hose comes fitted with a nozzle screen and can be quickly disconnected. The unit has a durable stainless steel pan and pump housing that is resistant to corrosion and rust. An opening for the return hose is provided on the lid.

This fryer oil filter machine has (4) heavy-duty welded casters the allow easy maneuverability. The casters can be locked into place to make sure oil remains immobile during the filtering process. The unit requires a 120V electrical connection to function.
