The FP100 has a compact design that occupies minimal counterspace, but it can still process up to 11 pounds per minute of ingredients such as nuts, fruits, cheese and vegetables. Thats 400 meals per day! It has a half-moon feed hopper that accepts a variety of ingredients with minimal pre-cutting and removes without tools for cleaning. The 420 RPM cutting tool speed delivers precise cutting and dicing without bruising or mashing product. The front is angled at 50 degrees for ease of product loading and helps to reduce operator fatigue. An interlock switch prevents the machine from running when the pusher plate is open or swings away and no-volt release prevents the machine from automatically restarting in the event of a power loss. This unit comes with six cutting tools: 1/16 slicing plate, 5/32 slicing plate, 7/32 slicing plate, 3/8 slicing plate, 5/16 shredding plate, and 3/8 dicing grid. Two wall racks are also included for storing the cutting tools.
