Thats 700 meals per day! It has a full-size feed hopper that accepts a variety of ingredients with minimal pre-cutting and removes without tools for cleaning. The 420 RPM cutting tool speed delivers precise cutting and dicing without bruising or mashing product and the exclusive de-coring screw deflects product away from the plate hub for complete processing. The front is angled at 50 degrees for ease of product loading and helps to reduce operator fatigue. An interlock switch prevents the machine from running when the pusher plate is open or swings away and no-volt release prevents the machine from automatically restarting in the event of a power loss.
