For products requiring longer cook times, the conveyor can be conveniently paused. To maintain consistency and prevent accidental changes, these settings can be securely locked. The user-friendly fluorescent display provides clear readouts of belt speed, temperature, and diagnostic messages, allowing staff to efficiently manage and monitor operations.
Ideal for low-volume snack bars or pubs, the Lincoln 1135-000-U single-deck conveyorized oven features a spacious 56-inch wide by 18-inch deep conveyor belt. For flexible installation in custom kitchens or compact layouts, the conveyor belt’s direction can be adjusted to move either right or left.
