This is what you will get with the Marsal SD Series ovens. SD Series ovens come equipped with Marsal’s exclusive left-to-right burner system which ensures that every pizza has a part of the burner system directly underneath it. The results are crispier, tastier pizzas that are cooked much faster. The special air chamber below the cooking surface eliminates hot spots so there is no need to rotate the pies, thus better pizzas with less labor involved.
